ABDULLAHI-ALABEDE HABIBAT

Mrs. Abdullahi Alabede-Habibat is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom.

With over 20 years of distinguished service at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), she contributed across multiple departments and units, including Finance/Accounts, Customer Service, General Services & HR, ICT, Registry, and the Commission Secretariat. Her time at the CAC spanned offices in Abuja, Kaduna, Owerri, and Lagos, showcasing her versatility and dedication to excellence. In 2020, she transitioned to private and public practice to leverage her diverse skill set where it is most impactful.

As part of her entrepreneurial journey, she founded RegEaze Services, a consultancy firm dedicated to simplifying the business registration process while enhancing the overall registration experience.

She holds a BSc. (Hons) in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and MSc. in Islamic Finance from the University of Dundee, Scotland, UK. She currently serves as a Partner at Q-Worth Consulting LP, where she continues to provide strategic advisory and consultancy services.
