Wasilat Olanrewaju-Odesina is a Fellow Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK, a Fellow Member of The Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals of Nigeria (FIFP), an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria  (ACTI)  and Registered Accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (RA).

Wasilat is passionate about providing financial and consulting services to small and medium-sized business owners, schools, and non-governmental organisations.  She has trained numerous SMEs, school owners, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in bookkeeping and accounting, payroll administration, financial literacy and budgeting, Islamic financial planning, personal finance, ethical funding, and investment.   Her recruitment and consulting skills are exceptional.  She has written about zakat, ethical funding, and the Islamic capital market.  She is a major supporter of ethical financing for MSMEs. She has over 15 years of expertise in finance jobs, working in several sectors both in and outside Nigeria.

Wasilat is a co-founder of Our Sisters’ Happiness Islamic Welfare Foundation.  A nonprofit dedicated to helping widows, orphans, and families.
